Four Sausages Hospitality Group (LL Club Catering Services Pty Ltd, ABN 56 682 276 820) (“FSHG”, “we”) runs The Fairway at Penrith Golf Club and The Jack & Cleaver at Pennant Hills Bowling Club, and Four Sausages Catering. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Table bookings: your name, mobile, email, the date, time and size of your booking, seating choice, and any notes you give us (such as dietary needs or an occasion). We keep a history of your bookings with us, including cancellations and no-shows, and our staff may add notes about your visits.
- Large group bookings: for groups over 10 we ask you to save a card for a no-show fee. Your card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Function, event and catering enquiries: your name, contact details and the details of your event.
- Marketing: only if you tick the box to hear about news and offers, we record that you agreed, when and how.
- Our website: we use Google advertising tags and cookies to measure which ads lead to bookings and enquiries. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Why we use it
To take and manage your booking or event, send confirmations and reminders, contact you about your booking, recognise regular guests, handle no-shows and late cancellations, and (only if you agreed) send you news and offers. We don’t sell your information.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails or text messages if you’ve agreed. Every message has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at any time, and we’ll stop within 5 working days. Booking confirmations and reminders aren’t marketing and are always sent.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run our bookings and website: Netlify (website and booking system hosting), Stripe (card payments), Resend (booking emails) and Google (advertising measurement and encrypted backups), and our staff who need it to look after you. Some of these services store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security, and we don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How we protect it
Our booking system is only open to our staff, each with their own login, and managers use two-step sign-in. Access is logged, information is encrypted when it’s sent, and backups are encrypted. We delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@fshg.com.au or calling (02) 4702 3642. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact us first at hello@fshg.com.au and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
